2. Service Description and Scope
CarBatteryReplacementSharjah.ae provides on‑site battery testing, jump‑start services, and car battery replacement across Sharjah. We aim to reach you within 20–25 minutes of your call, though this response time may vary due to traffic or other circumstances beyond our control. We carry genuine batteries from trusted brands such as ACDelco, Bosch, Amaron and Varta with warranty coverage of up to 24 months. Our services also include free battery testing, professional recommendations, and free installation.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices for battery replacement start from AED 175 (as indicated on our website). Final pricing may vary based on the battery type, vehicle model and location. All quotes provided over the phone or online are estimates; the final cost will be confirmed by our technician after assessing your vehicle on site. Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept cash or other payment methods as specified by our technician.
4. Appointments and Response Time
While we strive to reach you in as little as 20 minutes, response times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, high service demand, or other factors outside our control. We reserve the right to reschedule or refuse service if conditions make it unsafe or impractical to perform the service.
5. Warranty and Returns
We supply only genuine branded batteries from trusted manufacturers. Warranty coverage (up to 24 months) is provided by the battery manufacturer and may vary by brand. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and is subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. The Customer must retain proof of purchase to make a warranty claim. Warranty is void if the battery is misused, improperly installed (by someone other than our technician), or damaged due to external factors (e.g., accidents, electrical system issues).
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided and the battery supplied. We do not accept liability for any indirect, special or consequential losses or damages arising from the use of our services. We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle or property caused by factors beyond our control (including pre‑existing mechanical issues).

Provide accurate and complete information regarding your vehicle, location and contact details.
Ensure that your vehicle is parked safely and legally where our technician can perform the service.
Comply with all applicable traffic laws and regulations.
Pay all fees for services rendered upon completion.
